We have found your guarding patrol device - eGuard to be very reliable and robust in the guarding industry and especially versatile in the way that it is hands free patrol device and doesn't require the security officer to carry it in his hands. Naturally with this device been GSM we rely on the network service providers, but have not really encountered any serious issues in regards to network coverage. We have found that the devices are economical repairable which in this industry is a plus. After market service is great with quick and prompt response.

eBodyGuard Remote Mobile Visual Image surveillance in Real Time. The eBodyGuard product, developed locally by Randburg based BetaTrac Telematic Solutions, has been very successfully tried, tested and evaluated by Serengeti's with truly excellent all-round results. I am personally convinced the eBodyGuard is a superb security management tool, and most certainly, it is the most-advanced monitoring and surveillance tool that I have ever seen. In all probability, BetaTrac has produced a 'worlds first' product. As an Estate manager for Serengeti Golf and Wildlife Estate, midway between Kempton Park and Pretoria, I fully endorse the eBodyGuard product. Furthermore, since I am fully confident that it will improve and substantially enhance our current manned-security operation, I have already placed an order to eBodyGuard installations, right here at Serengeti. In both instances Protea Coin Group and our clients where the products had been on pilot, agreed that the products were technologically advanced beyond any other products that we had been offered to pilot in terms of guards monitoring on the clients site on a 24 hour live basis. The quality and flexibility of these products allows Protea Coin Group and our clients to change the guard patrol specifications at any stage of the initial 24 months agreement to assist both parties to effectively secure our clients assets and reduce the risk of losses as our client's needs constantly change. The flexibility of the management reports allows changes to be affected to support the changes required by the client on site. The holistic product offered by BetaTrac which includes the operating unit, monitoring services and enhanced daily reports and support was an added advantage when discussing implementation of the systems with our clients on their sites. Protea Coin Group does however, based on current service levels received from BetaTrac support fully endorse their product base.

I confirm the implementation of a dedicated work station in the control room from where the eBodyGuard jackets will be monitored and controlled.
